Before you take the challenge

Anyone who is over 18 and has a Body Mass Index (BMI) of over 25 can take part. Find out your BMI through the BMI calculator. The Party Fit Challenge is designed to help you kick-start a healthier lifestyle but is only to be used for two weeks. If you have any questions or concerns, we encourage you to talk to your doctor.

* Research conducted by Dr Jennie Cockroft and Wendy O’Neil, Purely Nutrition September 2008. Results of the research were gained for 100 participants all with a BMI of over 25+, all participants were over 18 and were not at any stage of pregnancy during the study period.
